Conca Bella Boutique Hotel & Wine Experience - Vacallo

This hotel offers great value for money with its cosy and clean rooms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable. We loved the little terrace where we could enjoy our breakfast and coffee in the morning. The location of the hotel, right next to the bus stop, was convenient for exploring the area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, with the lady managing the reception being particularly kind. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. The breakfast included was standard but the coffee was good. I also appreciated the attention to detail, like the grapes gel and shampoo in the shower, adding a unique touch to my stay.

While everything was ok, it would have been nice to have more vegetarian options on the dining room menu.

I loved the location of the hotel, close to Italian attractions but still in a peaceful spot. The staff was friendly, especially Francesca were pretty good for me. the breakfast had a wide range of delicious options. Finally, the wine-tasting vending machine in the lobby was a unique and fun experience.

The hotel's location is peaceful and not too touristy, but it takes a 15-minute drive to reach Lake Como. the size of the Panorama Room is good for families with children, and the hygiene is top-notch. the staff is very helpful, guiding guests in finding restaurants and visiting local attractions.

There is limited parking available around the area, and guests usually have to pay to park.

I had a great experience at this hotel in Vacallo. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even serving us snacks and wine when we arrived late. They have a fantastic selection of wines and the comfortable bed and clean bathroom made for a pleasant stay. Plus, the location right next to the bus stop was so convenient.

All in all, everything was fine and I have no complaints.

Breakfast served nicely with respect for the rules. Clean, comfortable rooms recently renovated. Excellent dinners like old good times. Neat room with unexpected balcony. Exceptionally helpful staff. Amazing wine cellar and restaurant. Convenient location near bus stop.

Everything was fantastic.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the lovely decorated Panorama Room with a comfortable bed that offered a good night's rest. the staff was helpful and guided us well to discover the charming nearby square. we enjoyed the excellent breakfast with a diverse range of options and sparkling tap water, perfect for starting the day refreshed.

The location was not ideal for experiencing the nearby lake, as it was a 15-minute drive away. I missed having a coffee maker in the room, and not having a proper parking area added an extra cost for parking.

The shower was really nice and warm, perfect for the cool, winter weather. The self-service wine machines were a great idea, although we didn't end up using them. The location was good for exploring the surrounding area, with bus routes and a nearby town to walk to.

The lack of service on a Sunday was frustrating, as was the private wine party that prevented us from accessing common areas. The room's temperature control wasn't very effective, and our view wasn't great.
